Hopelessly Hospitality

The hospitality industry is time consuming, no doubt about it, it's the shitty shifts, the on call positions and filling of shifts.

There are interesting stories and tales not all suitable to be told, but othertimes just need to be told to get it off your mind.

I'm a chef, i've stopped partying, to save to go overseas. When i do party it's mostly with people i work with, it's easier and working with people in this industry you can't help but form close bonds!

I'm Proud to be a chef and hospitality worker, people look down on us, thats cool it's there right.I've always wanted to be a chef, i love cooking and creating meals, i love the dinner rush, i love the adrenaline rush, i love the close bonds, gossip, hissy fits and shouting matches.

They say the hardest part of your cheffing career is the first year of your apprenticeship, it's true you have trouble adjusting to the non socialable hours and miss doing things with your mates but hey you get over it. Up till now that was my toughest part next year i open a new chapter leaving my family, friends and everything i've ever known for the unknown, this i think you will agree will be my toughest task yet!

USELESS FACT NO.1

I Love being a Chef, I'm Proud to be a Chef
